Annual Property Tax Bills Mailed – Third Quarter Taxes

The 2026 annual property tax bills were mailed on July 22, 2026.

The grace period for third-quarter property tax payments has been extended to Monday, August 17, 2026. Payments must be received by this date to avoid interest charges. Please note that any payment received after the grace period will be charged interest retroactive to the August 1, 2026 due date, as required by New Jersey law.

Property tax payments may be made using any of the following methods:

  • By mail to the Union Township Tax Collector: 140 Perryville Road Hampton, NJ 08827
  • 24-hour drop box: A secure drop box is located outside the front entrance of the Municipal Building (140 Perryville Road, Hampton, NJ)
  • In person or by mail (current taxes only):
    PNC Bank 35 Old Highway 22 Clinton, NJ 08809  Checks must be made payable to Union Township Tax Collector.
