PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township Committee of the Township of Union in Hunterdon County, New Jersey will be holding a special meeting on Monday, November 25, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. via Zoom.

 

The agenda for the meeting to the extent known as of the date of this notice is as follows:

 

            1. CALL TO ORDER

            3. “Sunshine Law” Statement – Adequate notice of this special public meeting has been     published in the Hunterdon Democrat and Courier News, posted on the municipal bulletin board    and the Township website in accordance with the Open Public Meeting Act, Chapter 231, P.L.          1975. This notice has also been filed in the Municipal Clerk’s office.

NEW ORDINANCE 1st Reading

          ORDINANCE 2024 - 17

 

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $300,000 ($37,500 from THE HUNTERDON COUNTY INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT AND $262,500 currently located within the Capital Improvement Fund of the General Capital Fund of the Township of Union, Hunterdon County, State of New Jersey) FOR THE construction of an addition to the township garage for a truck wash bay (required by the state of nj stormwater regulations) and upgrades/repairs to the existing garage.

 

 

Resolution 2024 –         RESOLUTION AMENDING THE HUNTERDON COUNTY MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURE

GRANT AGREEMENT.
