Historic Committee

The Historic Preservation Committee reviews zoning in historic districts for compliance with the zoning and historic preservation ordinances and promotes the preservation of historic structures and places in the Township. HPC approves plans/additions to historic structures and land in historic districts and is an advisory committee to the Planning Board / Board of Adjustment for development applications, site plans and subdivisions, and use, density and bulk variances.
