2026 Legal Notices - Union Township Committee

On Jun. 30, 2025, Governor Phil Murphy signed P.L. 2025, c. 72 (S4654) into law, which amends the legal notices requirements under the Open Public Meetings Act ("OPMA"). Until Mar. 1, 2026, public entities can comply with OPMA either by posting notices in a newspaper or on their website. After which, all public notices will be published on the municipal website.

This webpage fulfills Union Township's (the "Township") obligations under P.L. 2025, c.72, requiring public entities to publish legal notices online, maintain an accessible archive, and provide a homepage link to this page.
